Level Design
Level Design is one of my favourite and most interested topics in Games Design & Development to do.
I would easily see myself in this field or if not a Content Games Designer as a career path if given the opportunity.

Creating concepts and ideas is my best work usually as well as Character creation. However, my documentation with level design is I believe strong and well thought out / displayed. Here is a link to my miro board for "Samsara" as seen in a previous portfolio page.

Here you can see my work and concepts as well as level design bubble maps & outlines as well as taking into account the flow and pacing of the level.

I enjoy taking into account the flow & pacing of encounters of enemies alongside the critical path of the level as well. While designing, I also push for understanding how I want it to look whether that be gathering mood board materials / references, my own concept art or lastly AI concept art for quickness, so I understand leading line placements within my level design as well.

These AI concepts are for two different games but I wanted to show as I am level designing my immediate thought is always about the environment and its story telling / emersion that will tie into my quest / level that I am creating.
Usually after this theory like stage has been completed with prior research if needed, I complete a grey block out of the level & start environment design within engine after consulting artists if needed in groups. I am also very comfortable preforming pitches if need be within time limits as I have performed pitches to a game studio for Samsara as well as my education classes which have many pitches in.
