Substance Painter

The Character Models are for a different game to the sci-fi models, however, I created these for an assignment in University for a character modelling assignment. I based it off of the old rubber hose animations and tried to make it into 3D.  The cane she has is used as a weapon as the spike is made of a metallic material.

The further models of Knuckles, Toy-Fox and Morning Star were for my final 3D asset production module at University. I used Sculpting for all of the models, "retopologised" them and imported them into Substance Painter using low and high res models from the topology. I exported the meshes and materials and uploaded these onto my sketchfab and artstation to get the final renders.

These are some screencaps of my Sci-Fi-like models in Substance Painter with a fully unwrapped UV. I always make sure to name every layer and folder in the work to keep organized also.

These models I created in Blender and exported them into Substance Painter. I used black masks and layers of paint and fill layers to create the emission like blue that is coming from the model. As well as height, metal, emission and roughness maps.
